my acer aspire one is stuttering,and taking a long time to start up.?

sometimes when i watch a youtube video my acer will crash showing a blue screen saying something about my kernal memory,now after this my laptop will restart,and it will take a long time to start up,even my programs like yahoo messenger will take a long time to start.i have noticed when i put my password in to start my user account it takes longer than it should,and when it plays the windows theme music i can hear a popping,cracking,stuttering sound through my laptop speaker.also,sometimes i can go to a restored point and all of these culprits i'm having problems with go away.here is my system info
