My Ares just says 'Connecting' but it doesn't download the music file?

This is happening for 2 days now. It says 'Online' but but when I download a song it just says 'Connecting', and it doesn't download the song. Help! Thanks!
 
Which version of the software you use?
Probably because the old software is not able to download.
I had the same problem when you upgrade to new version I found the problem was solved.
