...know? how to get it back. Help!
I've tried removing the battery & rebooting it, uploading all the stuff from the Internet and taking it to t-mobile. Nothing has worked. This is the 2nd Blackberry this has happened to and they refuse to replace it. Bah, humbug!

Try a battery pull. That usually fixes problems.
