my blueray player won't play vudu or cinemanow anymore?

We bought a blueray player about a month ago and so far it's worked great. We were able to get onto netflix, vudu, and cinemanow with no hassles. But, in this last week vudu and cinemanow haven't been working. Each time I try to load them, the blueray player turns off. What's the problem here and how can I fix it?
