I have bought a new Samsung NP300E5AI-A01DX computer. I have turned it off a couple times in which it says it is installing updates so I leave it. Before these updates, my computer has bluetooth and I was using it. After these turn-offs, my computer says there is no reconizeable device for Bluetooth and says I need to connect it. I have tried to find the device, found it on my mobile, but cannot find it on my computer! What do I do?!
