My Bluetooth in my laptop doesn't work :(?

I just changed my OS from Windows Vista Business to Windows 7 Ultimate, and I tried using my Bluetooth transfer with Windows 7 and it's not working! They say it's some sort of compatibility issues. Can anyone please help me? I badly need it.

If your laptop came with a 32 bit Vista and you installed Windows 7 - 64 bit, there's your problem.
Check your laptop manufacturer's site for factory specs, then check the version of your Win 7 Ultimate. Also make sure your laptop's drivers are all integrated in your new Windows, otherwise you need to download those drivers, perhaps the whole chipset.
