My bluetooth stop working on my Ford Escape 2010?

when I press the phone button on the dash that normally connects to the Bluetooth it doesn't do anything before it would say connecting to bluetooth device but now it does nothing any ideas on what is going on?? when I press the phone button it doesn't do anything.

Press the 'media' button ad when Sync asks for a command, say 'phone'. It will say ' no phone is available right now, I will try to connect one'. It should then pick up your phone and re-sync it. You may want to shut down and restart your phone first so it will go into discoverable mode.
