My boss discriminates against single people, who can I complain to?

This holiday season, on both Christmas and New Year, my boss made me work because I am single. He said that he wants everyone to spend the holidays with their families, but since I don't have family in the area, I should take the shift.

Is this considered discrimination? Who can I complain to?
 
its not illegal to discriminate against single people. so...... theres really no one you can complain to
