I saw him call a guy a lazy M--ther F--ker right to his face just because he thought the guy wasnt doing his job fast enough . The boss says he dont have to pay unemployment if the guy quits , so instead of firing him or laying him off, he will cuss them out until they walk out on him and then claim they "Quit".

a few choices;

have a buddy meet him outside after quitting and have the buddy taunt him and not use
your name. A strong football buddy. Make your boss feel small and weak.

he needs a few lessons.

or, start creating accidents. frustrate the boss
i assume he is the owner. IF he is not, inform the owner that your boss is stealing; that
gets them. forget the ranting.........create theft scenes.........
get friends to claim they saw him.........

there actually is a sad management style that says
"make them sweat." It is stupid.

btw-find another employer

1-not professional, but not illegal to yell at employees
2 - if the employee walks out - then he DID quit and they won't get unemployment

In England they call this behaviour 'constructive dismissal' and it is against employment law. The employee would need to make a case against the employer and take it to the industrial tribunal. If the employee is able to prove the case then the employee would receive compensation. the amount would depend on the severity of the charge. Also it would be advisable to contact your union (if you are in one).
I don't know where you live but if it's not England I assume your country would have similar employment laws. google employment law for your country.
Hope this helps x
