...bought a different car...? So i told him it was a blatantly horrible idea, but i'm not exactly sure if he broke a law or not. What would the crime be for getting a loan for a certain car, then using the money to buy a different car? I feel like getting a loan on fraudulent grounds is a terrible idea. I'm in NY by the way.
