just didnt want people thinking this is a joke question but anyways...

ok so it all started the other day at school when someone gave me a really bad wedgie and they litterally ripped my undies. but also i just started wearing thongs recently(like 3 days ago) but my butt crack really really hurts. like i have problems walking and i def need to beable to walk to get around. (o and i got the wedgie 4 days ago, had the pain for like 3 days)

so whats causing the pain? like has someone had a simmilar experience so they would know which one is the reason for this pain? also how can i fix the pain? as quickly as possible would be great, thanks

You have muscle in your buttocks that seem to have had enough of the horseplay and have bailed out on you. That's one way of saying it. Another is that muscles don't like some of the things we do to them and they can tighten up and then need some help in getting released. An easy example of this is whiplash. The pain remains usually until you release the muscles. For those muscles here is how you can release them:
Lower Back, Lumbar:
While sitting place your hands behind your body just above the buttocks and press in on the muscles next to the spine and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your self forward as far as you can. Then release the pressure but hold your body there for another 30 seconds. Move a few inches down and do it again and keep repeating until you reach the end of your tailbone.
hope that helps you out.
