My Cannon Pixma MP620 Printer isn't working?

When I try and print to my printer from word, publisher, excel, webpages etc, It will print, but won't print all. I tried to print a test page. It printed the windows logo but no text.

In word it prints titles but no body text!

I have windows 7 Home Premium running on a toshiba L755 notebook.

What's Wrong
!HELP!
