My cat has pus around her eyes?

My cat's been developing pus or some sort of yellowish substance near the inside of her eyes. What could this mean?
 
Omg. She could be infected with something. This isn't good. U need to take her to thee doctor. Asap. I mean what if u had pus coming out of ur eye, what would u do? Its the same thing.
