My Christian Name & Baptism Name...JUST CAN'T DECIDE!!?

Hey, my birth name is Sarah Elizabeth, and I really can't stand it. Both names are much too common and I don't want to be "just another." I'm getting baptized this summer and changing my first name to Siraya, which I like a lot better. I can't think of a middle name and it's driving me crazy. I would like the last name to be starting with H if at all possible and ending with -a. Please help and give any ideas possible on the subject! Thank you!!!
 
Bit of an insult to your parents, dontcha think ? I love Sarah as a name. And being a common name cycles through fads. When I was in school, only one other had my name in the whole 12 years I was there, and the last few years it's been top ten every year on newborn names. For made up names, Siraya is pretty good.
