Okay, checklist I've; Defragged, done disk cleanup, fully updated before when I had viruses i downloaded at about 50/60k a sec WITH viruses so my max is probably around 120-130? im downloading atm at 10-20.. which is horrible. i run a demension E310 im dsl internet uhm.. what else would help.. i have all of the original drivers that came on my computer when it was bought (i believe) i downloaded from dell.com i dont know how to check for which drivers i have, i assume i have my network driver seeing as how im on the internet.. if there is anything else that would speed me up im all ears.. cause right now im kinda hurtin, trying to download city of heroes and its taking ages
