My Computer Shuts down automatically?

Hi all, I'm using Pentium D processor 2.66 MHz with 533 FSB. I Had a problem with my computer. Its shutting down automatically while I boot up from my DVD to load the operating system. I used seatools to clear all data on my h.d.d, and seatools reporting no error on my hard drive. my mother board is Asus pk5 model and its a new one just bought a month before. My RAM is 1 GB DDR2 Transcend. I checked up all the connections and components but if I load the windows 7 DVD it shuts down in the middle of the loading process. I check up the cpu temp it shown as (73.5C) I dont know anything wrong with that Tempratur
