my creative zen v plus mp3 player has freaked out?

I dont really know what to do with it. my dad unplugge the keyboard because it wasnt working while it was plugged in and now its freaking out at me and i think it deleted all of my music. it says its in recovery mode but im not sure if its actually doing anything. any suggestions?
it keeps saying that there are firmware problems
