The thing is I found out that she is lesbian and has a girlfriend.
What should/can I do?

you could try being friends with her. but unless she is bi, than you should put the idea of a relationship with her out of your head... whatever you do, don't be a relationship wrecker.
Looks like you have yourself a problem. She likes vagina. You have no chance. I'm sure if she liked men you could give it a go but it won't happen. Move on. Find a straight girl.
