My Dell Inspiron 6400 is getting wireless internet but this Toshiba Satellite isn't?

My Dell is getting great wireless internet, but this Toshiba Satellite is not getting wireless internet. This Toshiba also detects the wireless network and says it is connected to the wireless internet, but it just doesn't open any websites. Any possible reasons? Both have win xp, both have default values of firewall settings, and both are connected at 54 MBPS to the same wireless internet network.

I also recognized this:

my dell is connected with 802.11h+d,

but this Toshiba has 802.11b Preamble. Would that be why?
