I wiped the hard drive because the machine was due and reloaded XP, went to Dell's site and downloaded all the drivers, did Windows Update, reloaded Norton 360 v3, and now can't read cd's or dvd's. This laptop is around 5 years old and still does the job quite well up till now. Help, please.
