My DivX Pro will not burn DVD's. Solution, or alternative?

Like, I even contacted DivX. They just told me it was an issue. Not even that they would try to fix. It's frustrating and it's ridiculous. Help me, please?
 
Use CDBurner XP 4.3.8 It works good on windows 7 and is free. It is simple to use.
