She pants really rapidly most of the time for the past 2 days. She doesn't seem sick in any way. She is eating normally. When she lays down she doesn't pant at all. She follows me around the house a lot, and pants the whole time. I should add that I can't afford a vet, and vets, contrary to popular belief, don't cut you any breaks when there is something wrong with an animal. This dog is also a stray that I plucked out of a busy 4 lane highway 2 years ago. Also, I have just begun working full time, so she is alone all day now. I wonder if she is upset with me.
