I just found this dog three weeks ago. She was fine up until last week then she started pooping in the house more and it got consistently softer. Sometimes when I take her out she poops out a yellowish/ orange almost watery poop. And on Tuesday she was puking up waterish puke. I kind of think that she has a dog cold and that I should get her on a better type of food. I am just looking for second opinions.
P.S. I am a student and can't afford to take the dog to the vet. Like I said I found her and after trying for 2 weeks to find her owners I have taken her in. I am getting attached to the dog and would like to keep her but, also want to do what is in the best interest of the dog.
