My dog is sick should I be worried about an illness?

My dog is a 3 year old female Pom, and she's been a little sick the past few days. She's still eating like normal, and drinking water like normal, but during the night she's vomited and had loose stool. Should I take her to the vet? Or is this just a case of her eating grass and just throwing up (there has been grass in it.)

if its been going on for a couple of days it could be parvo but get her checked by a vet that will eliminate the poss.
