my dsi screen is not working properly?

hi, i turned my 2 week old dsi on today and the top screen has a faded out circle on it. you can see it more if you look at it from an angle or a white screen. you can not tell its there when the screens turned off. any help appreciated thanks alot, Nicola (from the uk)
 
It is BROKEN forever and it is irreplaceable because Nintendo's support is sooo horrible you will be on hold for hours on end just to end up talking to some one who speaks engrish... (not english) however if you speak pokemon just call japan directly and they will fix it in no time!!!
