I have a samsung SH871M hdd dvd recorder which has recently stopped playing any of my dvds. I thought the lens might need a clean so I tried three different cleaners but still have the same problem. Sometimes after several attempts at loading a dvd it plays. But more often it doesn't. Does this mean the lens might be knackered or could it be something else? Would welcome any help. Thanks.
