I got my env2 for Christmas and 1 day ago it started turning off then back on by itself and now it wont even turn on, because if i try it only shows the Verizon Wireless screen and then goes back off and i know it doesn't need charged because i charged it before this happened and when i tried to plug it in to charge it wont charge. HELLLP!
