My ex is spreading bad rumors about me? How do i tell her to stop in a nice way?

i broke up with her during january.
she still likes me and she would tell every girl i talk to that she still likes me so they wouldnt break the "girl code"
recently she is spreading rumors about how i am a bad kisser and other personal stuff.

I have respected her and i was never mean to her.
i did not tell anyone her personal stuff and i cannot believe that she is doing that to me.

So how can i tell her to stop ruining my life?
 
That's mean.
I'd start by saying to her face "Stop being a b*tch and spreading nasty rumors about me, I have never done anything to you before."

If that doesn't work, give her a taste of her own medicine? I'm sure you could wind something up about her to spread around? Maybe it'd help her get the message.
 
A confrontation is in order and get things straight, ask her reason that she is acting such way. Don't fell into the trap of offering her to be your friend either, she will be in the best position to hurt again and this time it will be badly.
If you are strong enough to stay equal to yourself, she will stop making rumor, if you stand on your ground and not allowing to be bothered.
