...close the trust out? My mom died a few yrs. ago and my dad died a little over a year an a half ago the trust is only for my brother and I. My parents were not rich but my dad worked very hard and saved a lot.My brother became the trustee just after my mom passed per the trust.My dad was unable to care for himself any longer.so he was placed in a home.He died a short time later.He died Aug. of 07. How long should it take to close a trust out. Thank you.
