My fiance is on probation right now for an accident that he was in in April of last year, he was suppose to be on probation for a year- well he got caught doing 14mph over the speed limit tonight and got a ticket and is suppose to go to court towards the end of february in back of it... Since he was already on probation, what is the next coarse of action? I told him his license was probably going to get suspended but he doesn't think so....
