My flexpay account from T-mobile. my phone has been off for 90 days now,?

just ignore it if its flexpay then i dont think they are charging u for the two months but to activate ur service....i did this too...i had flexplay then i got a plan on att so i just stop using it...but u dont hav topay unless u want to activate ur service because with flexpay u pay the month in advance...hope this answers ur question
 
i was wondering, i havent payed my bill for 90 days now an its been off, but t mobile is charging me for the 2 months its been off (without service of course)What should i do?... its too much tooo pay
