My friend wears really low-cut tops and complains when guys stare?

My friend, who has REALLY big boobs, always pulls her shirts down really low where you can see her bra and like 5 inches of cleavage. It's really distracting even to me, so I can't even imagine how distracting it is for guys.. later she always says things like, HE WAS LOOKING AT MY BOOBS!!

Does she do this on purpose..? Should I say something? We're both 15..
 
haha, Im pretty sure she only complains about it because she likes getting the attenion and talking about it. If she really hated the attention she was getting don't you think she would wear less revealing tops? lol

And, it depends if you want to say something to her. It is her desicon on what she wears. Maybe you could just tell her to stop complaining about it and if she really didn't like it then she should would change shirts :)

she probably is not to like insult her but that is her way of getting their attention and it's annoying to you and when she notices that it annoys you she acts like she don't mean do be doing that when i was your age i had a friend like that too:)
 
yea she probably does do it on purpose and probably likes the attention. but u might want to explain to her, thats not the kind of attention somebody should want.
