My friends use to do coke in a car with me in it, is that why my nose bled?

I never touched it, but all three of them, use to sniff coke in the car, the windows were closed etc, and i remember blowning my nose and blood would come out, the kleenix would be filled with blood, so i was wondering, could that be becuase the coke was in the air or something and i was breathing it in?
