My girlfriend cheated on me when she went on vacation recently. Help?

She came today to school and told me at the end of the day that cheated on me while she was there. She said she blew it and she called her self a bunch of derogatory names which didnt really make anything better. Anyway, she said she still likes me and i still like her, but i feel like its morally wrong to take her back even though we havent broken up yet? What are my decisions and what should i do.
 
She had the courage to come up to you and tell you right to your face. It's extremely difficult to do that to anyone. That's genuinely saying that your sorry and feel horrible for what you did. I say give her another shot.
 
Tell her you are not breaking up with her but you need some time away from her. She just dropped this big bombshell on your head and you are not going to get over something like that anytime soon. Tell her you want about 2 months. In that time, just spend some time with your friends and really think deeply about whether you will forgive her and take her back Good luck!
 
You should break up. She wasn't loyal. She betrayed you. Every time you see her you're going to see a cheater. How can you stand to be with her if you know she gave her love to another man?
 
All I can tell you is that "morally wrong is in your head" this is something between you and her, if you are willing to forgive her and continue with the relationship without any future problems then you should continue with the relationship, not without letting it clear to her that this is a one time thing and that you will not forgive her again, and live up to your promise.But if you know in your heart that you are going to constantly remember what she did then don't continue with her, it will be unhealthy for the both of you and you both will be miserable. Being unfaitful is not an all man thing, women do blow it sometimes too, the only moral thing here that is wrong is that women are always expected to forgive a man, but god forbid a man puts up with such things. Its all male chauvinism..
 
Ok. I know that you like her and so this answer is going to be tough to hear, but anyway...You guys are in high school right? Let's get some perspective. Are you planning to marry her? Most likely not. It hurts when someone cheats, but at your age it is more an indication of her age and maturity level than anything else. There's a reason that we don't get married at 16, 18 whatever age you are (while we're still in school). Having said that, if she did cheat, it is clearly indicated that she was not thinking about you at the time and therefor the relationship is over. Move on and have some fun with another girl. Your young, that's what this time in you life is all about!

Second (and most seriously) of all.... I wouldn't take her back man. If you do there are a variety of things that will happen. One, you will get jealous (justifiably jealous) whenever she hangs out with another guy... it will eat at you and will cause long term anxiety and pain. Secondly, it will show her that it's ok. I dont' know her personality or who she is, but if you dont put your foot down it sends the symbolic message to her that she can do whatever she wants and get away with it. I've seen this time and time again... NEVER ONCE has it ended well. The last thing it will do is send a message to everyone else. People are immature, and people talk about other people, that's what people do well (say that 10 times fast). If you take her back you will be "that guy with no balls". Trust me my Flyers fan friend, it will not work if you take her back. It just simply will not work.

You're too good for people like that. If you put your foot down and break up, it will teach her some lessons and she will grow as a person. It will also prove you have confidence and integrity, and you will get over it and you will find someone else. I know it hurts lots now, but compare it to ripping duct tape off your mouth. If you do it quickly, it'll only hurt for a little while. If you do it slowly it will hurt way more for a longer period of time. Or in this case, if you take her back, that's like re-applying the duct tape all over again.
