My grandfather was in an accident in an RV and the Cruise Control got stuck...

...causing it to catch on fire? My grandfather was in an RV accident on Saturday. Witnesses said that he had swirved to miss something in the road and the SUV he was hauling caused the RV to spin when he tried to correct himself and he ended up running into a brush field flipping his RV. People stopped to help and noticed the tired were spinning super fast and when they finally got inside had tried to turn off the cruise control but somehow it was stuck. The brush caught fire to the RV and the propane tanks which eventually caused an explosion. They were not able to save him because he was pretty heavy as he had put on quite a bit of weight since his surgeries as well as his wifes sickness and passing exactly one week before. I am not looking to sue because I don't think that will solve anything but could this be some kind of fault in the cruise control system? If so I would like to bring it to the attention of the company. It is a newer high end luxury model style RV. This is the third grandparent I have lost this year so please keep rude comments to yourself. Thanks everyone in advance.

I'm sorry about your granddad.
It could be a mechanical malfunction of the cruise control system. They'd have to do an investigation. Or it could have just been a tragic accident.
But yes, by all means contact the manufacturer, ask them to investigate.
