I have a 9 year old off the track Thoroughbred. Whenever I ride on the weekend and all the horses are pastured, i bring her into the barn to tack her up, so she is alone. She moves around alot, and keeps looking behind her, and winnies once or twice. She is okay once I lead her out of the barn or start riding, it is just when grooming and tacking up. She is fine being pulled away from the herd and being brought in, but then she gets antsy and nervous when tied. She is a great horse otherwise, though.
