...truck/trailer in which? in which he parks in front of our house every night. my husband feels that he should be paid from the time he leaves in the morning. Also the employer does not want to pay him his regular wage when he drives from job to job. He said that the clocks starts once he's back to the job. They can sometimes haves 3 or 4 jobs to do in one day which means he could be driving 2 to 3 hours a day which we feel he should be paid. The employer wants to pay him for the mileage 25cents a mile(but that doesn't start until after he travels the first 30 miles) Is this legal?
