my husband was knocked down by a car why after 7 years are they not admitting...

It depends. If the driver will testify (I assume that the company will loose or deny its existence) and a doctor will testify that the conditions he has are due to the accident, then yes.
 
...liability and taking it to court? we have just founf out that the company who hit my husband with a car will not admit it happened even though the driver has written a report. he says he was only driving at 5 miles an hour even though my husband broke the windshield on impact.my husband has long term issues from the accident but they are trying to say these have been caused by his age even though we know this is not the case. my question, do you think we stand any chance in the high court when the case is heard in june this year
