My internet browsers keep on not working after a while so I have to restart...help!?

After going on the internet for a while my browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) stop working as does Thunderbird and the only way I can them to work again is to restart my computer. When I want to go to a new website it just says "waiting for_____" perpetually.

But for some reason this does not effect Google Earth's browser. I can still go on the internet with Google Earth...

How do I fix this problem without always having to restart my comp?
