...installed) how do I restore it now? Please keep in mind my computer OR iTunes will not recognize the iphone. I had created a backup of the iphone but since itunes doesnt recognize it I am not able to restore it to that backup. The screen of the iphone has a cable pointing to Itunes. Please help, how do I just fix it, I don't care what iOS i just want it to work
I also was using it as an ipod touch before this happened so yeah

hi. hold the sleep and home button. it should reset. then try it again. if tht doesnt work. go to ur provider
