I download AVI videos & convert them to MP4 files with "Jodix iPod Video Converter." After loading the converted video, I try to play the video on my iPod. It then freezes (the buttons don't work either), & I have to reset my iPod in order to turn it off & back on. Sometimes, after I re-sync the video into my iPod, the video plays; but after I turn the iPod off & back on, it freezes once again.
I have also converted other music videos with "Jodix", & some of them play perfectly fine.
Is this because of a problem in the video or the converter?
