My itouch 4g isn't syncing to itunes after updating it?? (icloud)?

it says i can't sync my "iphone' and it's error 0xE8000065.... my itunes asked me multiple times if i wanted to update my itouch, so i said yes, and it did, but it erased all of my songs from my ipod and it was reset to all of the default settings. i also signed up for that icloud thing. i need help!! how can i fix this?

It should be the ios 5 update. My ipod has been acting weird to after the ios 5 update, it also deleted all of my music. So dont be too wory, the next update should fix a lot of these problems. Now about the syncing problem I really dont know was the problem just recconect your ipod or restart it or reatart computer. Also try to connect your ipod on another usb in your computer.
