My Kenwood CD player wont work now?

I installed 2 subs and an amp and when i put my cd player back in now the CD player isnt working. The radio works fine. I use AUX with my ipod most of the time anyways but I dont like knowing that my cd player is not functioning. Did I forget to hook up one of the wires in the back of the deck? If so which one?

Also (The CD player went into protection mode for about an hour when I took it out. Does it need to be reset even though it came out of protection mode by itself?)
 
Take the deck out of car check for tight spots in dash that might be pushing down on cd player.
Also plug back in hit reset. Good luck. ps you may have bumped it and knocked laser off alignment.
