my key has snapped inside my bike lock?

ive just tryed to take my bike lock off my bike and the key has snapped inside the barrel and when iv pulled the key out with needle nose pliers it has bent and is in 3 diffrent bits... would it be possible to get the key remade from a key cutting place or would i have to have the chain cut off the bike?
 
If the key is in pieces you going to have trouble getting one made. Best bet is just cut the lock/ chain
 
A very patient and good locksmith might could duplicate it but itd be cheaper to get a new chain/lock.
