My laptop bluetooth problem?

I have Packard Bell Easynote NJ65 suddenly does bluetooth not working. I contacted ACER service, but their agent (in India obviously) keeps stalling and does not seem capable or even have a clue. I disassembled the laptop and made sure all connectors to the bluetooth small board(Broadcom BCM92046) are ok. But the laptop is even unable to recognize external bluetooth dongle. Such a poor service of this ACER idiotic company...any help please???
Thanks Vilas , I already did that, but problem still. Laptop warranty went off.

Sure, download the Bluetooth drivers and install them. Reboot the computer. Once running open menus, network connections and click on the wireless and open the properties and enable it. Then reboot the computer. Laptops are not set wireless by default. They will see, recognize a wireless connection and connect in Limited access. They will have a connection and then not have a connection. Doing the thing I wrote puts the wirless connection in a permanent connection mode. If you use IE as a Web Browser, you need to open tools, options, settings and tab to the connection tab. Find LAN and open it and set it to automatically detect a network and click Apply or OK. IE is not set by default to find a connection either and then reboot. This may not be the answer, but things that need done on Laptop Computers. No one ever tells any one about this, they take wild guesses, even tell people to mess with Windows configuration files. Many of the Tech Support people have no hands on experience, every thing comes out of a trouble shooting guide or manual.
