My laptop cuts off the internet right when Im working on something!?

I have a sony vaio and it ran fine until yesterday. I can work on the web for about 20 mins and it will bump me off the internet back to the desktop. It doesnt feel like its overheated and I just renewed my McAfee subscription so I don't know what is going on.
 
What do you mean by "cuts you off" and "bumps you off", do you mean the Web Browser closes unexpectedly?

if so what browser are you using? IE? Firefox? Something else?

you could try a different web browser i recommend google chrome
