My legs hurt (sore) really bad from track?

Well we just started track on Tuesday and we had to do 15 laps around the track (including warm-up laps [2]). My legs have been sore for 2 days, and now im starting to limp.
I did Cross Country in summer/fall and I also do races (3 mile). Could I have pulled something? Or am I just really sore?



P.S. before track i could do a split, now I cant. (if you needed to no that too)
 
I am a doctor and i would just tell you to get a good rest for a few days. if it did not go then see a doctor
