the last few days, my lg dare was charged, but when i plugged it out it wouldn't work. then i plugged back in charge, and it said charge complete, and i saw my wallpaper, and contents. then i plugged it out it wouldn't work. also the battery signal at the top is 4 bars, but it keeps flashing
