My LG Lw310 is security locked :(?

I have my Cricket LG Lw310 phone but my friend changed my security code and locked it. Is there any way to maybe reset the phone so i can unlock it to get service on it? Or do i have to Cricket to get it unlocked? If so how much would they charge?
