my mom doesnt like it if i talk to or be friends with any boys..
do you think this is right or even normal?
 
Pretty much not normal. You need to talk with her and explain to her that shutting you out from the world is not preparing you for being an adult, and avoiding those interactions now will only put you at risk in the future. She's only making things worse for you, in that when you get older, and are no longer living under her roof, you will not know how to handle yourself. Tell her you need some independence so you can grow to be your own person.
 
Not even talk to them??? No not normal! Your going to have to learn how to communicate with the opposite sex SOMETIME when you grow up and go out into the real world and have to get a job and interact with them on a daily basis!
 
Depends on your age.
Being over exposed to guys may sometimes make you such a "bitch" specially when you are young and you want all the attention.
But it isnt right to completely hide from them neither since you have to learn to get used to interacting with them comfortably just like seeing them as a person not someone with the opposite sex.
You should at least know a few.

its understandable your mother either doesn't want you getting pregnant or she has high hopes of you becoming a lesbian,my guess is she wants a bit of incest girly action with you
 
that's kind of cruel. as a tomboy, I find it essential to hang out with guys. they keep you from being too girly and prissy. i can see your mom's reasoning with the boyfriends and everything but honestly, I think it's a better idea to let you talk to them since it'll let you understand them if you befriend them. plus, your mom needs to have more faith in the other gender. I hang out with more boys than girls (just as friends, honestly) and it's so much fun just to talk and crack jokes. honestly they won't go on about stuff that is of no interest to you.

but to answer your question, no it's not right, I don't think, but I can see where your mom is coming from. I'd say it's normal, just cruel. like telling your kids not to watch TV shows or not to talk to your friend anymore because (s)he comes from a different family?
 
It is normal be a parent. She takes care about you. You should satisfy her that today it is normal and you will take care of her beleives & give respect to her feelings.
